HOTEL DEI BORGOGNONI, Rome – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean, with lovely touches like turn-down service in the evening. However, the lack of soundproofing was a downside, and the cleanliness issues with the air conditioning and carpet were a letdown. The service from the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, making my experience pleasant. The location was convenient, within walking distance to major attractions, but not ideal due to noise issues. The dining experience was satisfactory with mainly continental options. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
