Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean, with lovely touches like turn-down service in the evening. However, the lack of soundproofing was a downside, and the cleanliness issues with the air conditioning and carpet were a letdown. The service from the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, making my experience pleasant. The location was convenient, within walking distance to major attractions, but not ideal due to noise issues. The dining experience was satisfactory with mainly continental options. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is ideally located, steps away from major attractions, with some rooms opening onto a charming private terrace. While the rooms are a bit outdated, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining options are a mix of hits and misses, but the convenient location makes up for it.
Staying on the 3rd floor facing the inner courtyard, the room was charming and traditional but lacked cleanliness in some areas. The service, aside from one unfriendly staff member, was exceptional with helpful recommendations and warm greetings. The location was fantastic for exploring Rome's famous sites, and the dining experience, although not exceptional, offered a decent buffet.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a nice powerful shower and a balcony, although some furniture shows signs of wear. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, but there were limitations like the unavailability of an Iron and Ironing board. The location is convenient for exploring tourist sights, with a supermarket nearby, but not within a short walk to some major landmarks. The dining experience provides a variety of options, including delicious cappuccinos and fresh farm-to-table products. The facilities are well-maintained, but some aspects could use updating.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where I enjoyed a comfortable room overlooking the garden with two terraces. The bed was cozy, and the tea making facilities were a nice touch. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, offering a decent size and a bathroom that was spacious enough to move around comfortably. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to various attractions while offering a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience was a highlight, with a hearty breakfast featuring fresh fruit, yogurt, and a variety of options. However, the room was a bit disappointing as it lacked some amenities I would expect for the price.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The charm of the rooms, combined with their cleanliness, was truly impressive. I loved having the portable electronic guide to explore the city. The standard amenities, including the small 22-inch flat screen TV, were just what I needed. The view overlooking the street was a nice touch.
